Account and Data Deletion

To request deletion of your QiApp account and associated personal data, please email us at:

Include the email address associated with your account. To help verify your identity, please submit the request from that email address or provide enough account details for verification.

We may first disable account access while final deletion is being completed.

We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required for legal, auditing, security, fraud prevention, or backup purposes.
